Orders cannot be cancelled once an order is placed.
Returns are accepted for store credit or exchange. Credit will be for the amount of the original item cost only. Original shipping costs will not be credited.
Should there be an issue on our end with your order we will gladly cover return shipping in order for us to correct any issue.
Returns are not accepted for custom, personalized, or sale items. All seasonal items are also final sale.
Returns should be initiated within two days of order delivery. Return must be received back in our warehouse within seven business days.
